Truly Cares
"Lena did an absolutely beautiful job filming our wedding. She gave us all of the raw footage, plus edited footage and highlight reels to enjoy. She’s a joy to work with and truly cares about what YOU want to capture for your wedding. She listens and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a videographer."

Why are there so many hours allocated for editing? Many people don't realize how intensive editing is, that's why we've included it in our packaging details. Can you believe an 8-10 hour wedding day with 2 videographers takes 45 hours to process and piece together with music and stylistic elements?! Yes, we really do look through every second of film we capture from your wedding day! That's how we make sure we get the Best of the Best moments!
-
Can I have a specific style?Yes! This is a collaborative effort with you at the helm! You can have any style you can imagine, we will listen to what you really want out of your film and do our best to make it happen. If you still need some inspiration, let's get together to brainstorm!
-
Do you offer Drone footage? At this time we are unable to provide drone footage for our wedding films. We hope to add this element back to our films soon!
-
Does wedding size matter? It depends on what you would like to have in your final film(s). If you would like to have guest interviews during cocktail hour, we will need to bring a second videographer along to have enough time to talk to as many people as possible. But if you would like your film to be focused more on you and your partner, then 1 videographer can provide an intimate and efficient service. We have filmed small, backyard weddings and large, 200 person weddings, so we are ready for anything!
-
Are there any travel fees?Any venue within 50 miles of our office location in Clearwater, FL does NOT have a travel fee. After the first 50 miles, a fee of $1 per additional mile will be added to the overall price. This is due to the cost of transportation over long distances. For weddings outside of Florida or the United States, we only ask for the cost of transportation and lodging for the videographer(s) who will be filming the wedding. We will provide receipts of any air travel, lodging, and gasoline purchases for verification. We value transparency and integrity to the highest degree, so we will discuss any and all fees in depth prior to booking!
-
What happens after I book? After discussing your vision for your wedding film, we will send you a contract via email detailing all the specifics we discussed about the style of your film and the details of your wedding day. A retainer fee of 50% is due at the time of signing to secure your date, the remaining balance is due on the day of the Wedding. We will check in 4 weeks from the Wedding to discuss final details for the shots you want included in your film. We will also visit the venue ahead of time so we have a good idea of what to expect on the day of. The Big Day: We will be a fly on the wall the entire day, so you don't have to worry about us being in your way. We'll do our best to capture all the moments that matter and a little more! After the Wedding: Depending on the time of year and the agreed upon turnaround time, we'll be hard at work editing your film in the style you requested within 6 - 12 weeks. The Feature Films will be provided via Dropbox and your Highlight Video will be provided through an unlisted Youtube video for you to share easily with family and friends!
-
Can we meet you in person before we book?Yes! We would love to meet with you and your fiancé to get to know each other and fully understand your vision for your wedding film. We can meet up for coffee on the house if you live in the Tampa-St Pete region or surrounding area.
